14.06.2021 :

The Cathedral Archives welcomed the Turkish State Archivist’ Professor Ugur Unal. A short presentation on Maltese-Ottoman political relations as highlighted from some treasures kept at the archives, was planned and presented by Gabriel Farrugia and intern Andrea Paolini.

25.10.2021 :

During the programme Etimologija, Dr Olvin Vella discusses the development and origins of the Maltese language in the light of documents conserved in the Cathedral Archives of Malta.

18/19.11.2021 :

Two days of educational visits to the Cathedral Archives, by students from the Department History of Art led by Dr Christian Attard and students from the Department of Library Information & Archive Studies and the Department of History led by Dr Valeria Vanesio. Special thanks to the Notarial Archives for lending us the display rests.
